Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience Anderson Family Medicine accepts Visa, MasterCard, debit/ATM cards, cash and checks through Telecheck. There is a service charge for returned checks of $25.

If you are responsible for co-insurance, insurance co-pays or deductibles, it is also necessary for us to collect payment at the time of service.  It is a violation of our insurance contracts to waive fees.  Ultimately, you are responsible for payment for your medical care, not your insurance company.
