IN CASE OF LIFE-THREATENING EMERGENCY, CALL 911

Anderson Family Medicine has a physician on call 24-hours a day, 7 days a week for urgent medical care and advice.  After normal business hours, please call  (704) 283-3100. An operator will ask for you to leave your name, the patient’s name, a phone number where you can be reached and the nature of the problem.  The on call physician will call you back in a timely manner.  If you’re phone does not accept blocked calls it is necessary that you unblock your phone or the physician will be unable to reach you.

Our policy is to not refill medications at night or on the weekend unless it is an urgent situation.  Please plan ahead, so you won’t run out of medication.
