H. Avery Wheeler, P.A.-C graduated from the physician assistant program at Wake Forest University School of Medicine, Winston-Salem, NC in 2003. He has completed multiple clinical clerkships in the state of North Carolina.

A former Corpsman and Field Medical Specialist with the U.S Navy, he has nearly 20 years of experience as a health care provider. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

He and his wife live in Union County with their 5 children and enjoy church and mission work.
